(4 ) After wash rice water rinse :

rice water has alot of benefits for your skin and hair.
Some of them I rewrite here.
Coats the hair shaft, smoothing cuticles → hair feels shinier and detangles easier.

Reduces surface friction / increases elasticity, so hair stretches more before breaking (less breakage).

* Use : as a rinse after shampooing: pour over wet hair, massage 5–20 minutes, then rinse out. Start once per week and observe.

.

( 5Conditioner :

\” only on hair length not scalp ( reasons why conditioner not use in scalp ). : Scientific evidence shows conditioners benefit hair fibers, not scalp skin. Applying them to the scalp can cause build-up, irritation, and imbalance without proven benefit — so dermatologists recommend focusing conditioner only on lengths and ends..

( 6 ) Dry hair naturally :

\” Do not regular use blow dryer. Air-dry when possible, or use a cooler setting with a ceramic/ionic blow dryer and a smoothing nozzle to minimize frizz. Always use a heat protectant if heat styling.
You can use a blow dryer in winter, but don’t forget to apply heat protection. You can also check out my winter hair care routine that I’ve shared here : ➡️ winter hare care

( 7 )  Consider silk pillowcases :

—they absorb less moisture and help prevent overnight frizz. )
( Avoid tying up wet hair—doing so can lead to breakage and scalp issues.

.

\"\"
Silk pillowcases also good for your skin but you should clean your pillow case 2 – 3 times a week

( 8 )  Use leave-in :

\”  aloe vera-based gels to reduce friction post-wash, especially useful in humid climates.  You can Spray rosemary water on hair rosemary water has many benefits for hair.
( BENEFITS : Rosemary water improves scalp circulation and may promote hair growth by stimulating hair follicles, similar in effect to minoxidil in some studies. It also provides antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits that support a healthier scalp environment.)

( 10 ) Protective Styles:

,\”  Wear your hair in a protective style, such as a braid or bun, to minimize its exposure to the humid air.

.

As a extra tips : Use Holding Products: Apply gel or other holding products to help keep your hair smooth and in place.
.
After this whole routine, comb your hair slowly and lovingly. Make your favourite protective hairstyle.
Don\’t Over-Wash: Avoid washing your hair every day, as this can strip natural oils, leading to dryness and frizz
.
